Refund policy

Return Window: Accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Criteria: Item must be unused, in original packaging, with tags, and have proof of purchase.

📧 To start a return, email support@doggyshopdeals.com with your order number and reason. Return shipping is on the customer unless due to a mistake or damage.

Non-Returnable:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Opened pet food, treats, or grooming items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges: Need a different size, color, or version? Email us. Once we get your return, we’ll exchange based on availability.

Refunds: Once returned and inspected:

  • Notification email sent

  • Refund issued to original payment method within 3–7 business days

Received the wrong or damaged item?
Email support@doggyshopdeals.com within 7 days with your order number + photo.
We’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund—no extra cost to you.
